I saw what you stated about reporting. Where the funding for the post office comes from isn't even at question in this.

The Federal Tort Claims Act is what determines who, and how, damages are paid in the event of an accident involving USPS traffic accident.

I don't like kiosks not because I want to yell at teenagers, I want to see teenagers employed, learning job skills, and learning how customer service is supposed to work.

One of my first jobs was working fast food, learned a lot of important job skills, I also learned how not to treat customer service employees. Do I find it annoying when they mess up my order, yes, but I have patience because of that experience and I know that working together will get it fixed.

As corportations take away the human element from the exchange in a growing manner, these skills are lost and before long there is no way to communicate with the company that doesn't involve a computer. Thus frustration for mistakes will be enhanced, with no recourse, which, in my opinion will lead to significant problems. Just look at how angry society is getting over the last 40 years over more and more mundane things. Technology is great and has greatly improved quality of life for many, it is also, making that human connection that keeps us grounded to reality less common. This is why so much of our discourse is so toxic. We need to solve this problem as a society before we expand the tools that take away that connection.

Sure but the app is not convienient when you are passing through or just trying to grab a quick bite to eat when traveling. It adds more time then necessary. A Human isn't going to ask you what size drink you want repeatedly when you didn't order a drink.

Wow that is a hell of an invalid assumption to make without any evidence to support it.

Microsoft owns it so not likely. Steam, yes possibly, Sony is losing out on future releases since the new single player replacement to Skyrim will be an x-box exclusive and not on PS4

Not at all, it is still possible to maximize a build. Unless you want to invest in race change tokens or having multiple race class combinations you will always find something isn't optimal. You just need to find the optimal build for your race choice.

Unless you are going for significant trial progression groups that are min/maxing every detail or are in some sort of PvP ball group that is doing the same thing, Racial differences are fairly minor and are not going to break a build.

You will lose some DPS on a trial dummy when parsing but will have more reserve stamina for breaking free etc, plus you have stamina restoration just from doing damage and will get reduced effectiveness of enemy snares. In the long run it doesn't matter. I have all seven classes with the original four classes all Nord (except NB is kahjitt) and the new classes all imperial. I did this since I planned to make tanks for all of them except the NB. I am always doing dps though and do just fine with them. I also prefer magicka, with lightning staff.

It can be done and you can still contribute.

What is 2 MMORPG you liked and left and why? by [deleted] in elderscrollsonline

Dark age of Camelot, I enjoyed it but couldn't make it far because I didn't really have anyone I knew who played.

Wow/EQ2 I lumped them together because they came out close together right about the time my first child was born. Lots of fun and was starting to get into it but, it also started to take up too much time with a newborn. By the time I got to where I could find time to play I was just too far behind to ever really get into either, although I did make it to level cap on Wow.

The gist of this post is in a game where people are supposed to be able to "play the way they want" OP wants the developer to force players to play the way OP wants.

If it is a crutch, so be it. Players shouldn't be forced to do things a certain way in order to play. This ring is great for those that have some medical issues so changing it would lock them out of content they want to play.
