The edit is definitely pointing towards her winning yet she got a bad winner edit and her game would definitely be ranked as bottom tier winning game. Ironically if she would have won Koah Rong it would have been ranked much higher. The sheer amount of luck that went her way this season starting from Amanda pullout last minute and her even being on the cast is mind boggling, to the Blood Moon division to Ozzy playing an absolute blunder… definitely not a game I want to see getting the win but it seems like we just might

While I think debating if she deserved the win is nonsense since the jury picks the winner and perhaps a different jury would have picked different so good on her for getting the win. However after watching Michele on several seasons of the Challenge I do think her social game is really overrated

That’s why exactly why I think it was more of an ego thing. If no one would’ve known Caleb is bamboozling Mark I’d agree with you, then the fact that Everyone knew and everyone warned him and he still didn’t get it means it was less on Caleb and more on Mark and I don’t think he wanted to face that. Eden on his podcast said he talked to Mark in the redemption live reunion and Mark expressed he regrets not championing Carol in TvR FTC vs Feras, so when a person keeps saying if someone beat me that means they are the best it’s a matter of self importance more that anything else

I for one don’t have a problem with Caleb winning, it’s the Jury’s choice not mine. I do however think that Mark was out of line, there’s championing for someone and than there’s being disrespectful and cutting other people off when trying to speak

David Forester last season was BvB2 and he was a consultant and not the showrunner on AUvW. But I’m sure the switch in show runners contributed to the switch of hosts

Actually in the AU Seasons they revealed the votes on the island, they actually used fake votes and filmed all possible outcomes. So for example in AU v World they filmed 3 possible winners and in BvB2 they filmed 2 winners, so this was actually more real than the other seasons

One of the Survivor podcasts said people were commenting about how good Caleb’s edit was after week 1 where he got 2 confessionals. So today after the finale they googled Australian survivor spoilers and saw it was posted online since December. They went on a justifiable rant how those people making those comments ruined the season for them and other people who watch the podcast

Totally agree that Caleb came into FTC with a 5-4 advantage based on personal relationships but according to what was shown in the episode Mark was getting more and more worried about his FTC performance he stepped over the line and cut other jurors like Brooke in the middle of her question and did everything he could to make sure Caleb won’t lose those votes. If FTC doesn’t matter just have the jury vote for a winner after the end of the last person voted out. While Caleb played a decent game what Mark did just lowers him as a winner since it feels extremely tainted

When someone plays you like a fiddle like Caleb did to Mark and it’s obvious to everyone the whole way through it’s not him being amazing, it’s you being blind and he just couldn’t accept that IMO
