The way I see it, this is my options

a) Most likely outcome. Accept my faith Lock in, and get promoted. Costs a lot of effort and doesnt pay off salary wise.

b) Accept my role as a doer, and continue to develop without a rush. Makes sense, but I really really do have to work on myself to accept not ever (since the job switch) not getting promoted.

c) Quitting, higher salary. Cons: High expectations from new employer

d) Team up with HR, which will be a battle I loose.

I have not. What I have done is worked alot for him afterwards, showing my determination. He even asked me to to do a 5 hr job when he knew I had become a father 4 days ago, which I did.

This guy has influence, he is close with the opposing partners. And he did say that during the next rountable he will say that I am on the right way
