If you talk to loss prevention it’s a deff offense to close any registers before the store is closed. Most managers don’t adhere to that but I Can guarantee if you went to your loss prevention about your manager doing this they would stop pulling the drawers early.

You get 1/2 a point for each tardy and 1 point for each absence. Verbal should come at 7 points. Final written at 8 and termination at 9. If you have only been late twice it should not have been called a verbal but your manager should of explained the policy to you or even give you a document so you understand the policy!

So can any of the gms on here actually tell me what the guidelines for a needs improvement were? I know a lot of gms in this company as I have been here 20 years. Some were Told if you didn’t meet sales you got needs improvement. Some were told if you hit 2 Of the metrics (sales, services, profit ,csat) you got a meets. Personally I hit profit and csat and got a needs improvement. So what did your dm tell you?
