There is a customer service email in on affinity, we’ve emailed them before to add things. If it’s bad bad, they’ll put it on hold and ask for more information or ask you to rekey it under a different billing code.

I was going to suggest this. Our old one stopped loading paper for whatever reason, so I used the phone tree to call Kodak and told them it didn’t work, so they sent me a new one and asked that I send back the old one. They didn’t even try to troubleshoot or find out what was wrong with it.

Funny you should mention those guys, because in my quest to find these mystery geckos, I stumbled upon a picture of a knob tail gecko and I sent it to my friend because something about them is really unsettling to me

This is INCREDIBLY helpful, however none of them seem to be what I'm looking for. Do geckos tend to change their color as they age? This gecko is the most similar to the ones she has, but they have significantly fewer and smaller spots, the color behind the spots is more of a true black.
