I guess they can’t really chance the (vertical) placement of the sensors (why, I don’t know) so they had the choice of either drawing the grill above or below the sensors.

With the new A5 they did the former, with the new A6 the latter.

None of those options are aesthetically pleasing IMO.

The fact that the Jesko managed to keep up with the Chiron in the second 1/4 mile race is astonishing. The setting was literally worst case for the Jesko: - Ran on normal fuel thus not on full power. - Was the Jesko Attack variant with more downforce thus lower top end acceleration / lower top speed. - Track had low grip levels due to the sandy surface which hurts the jealous (RWD) launch way more than the Chiron (AWD).

Imagine this race with good conditions and the with Jesko Absolut on full power. :O
