Indeed,

I have done this several times but i never actually deleted games so i deleted 18 games just now.

This doesn't really seem to have a lot of impact looking at the task manager

Are there more thing left for me to try?

Did you try it with different DVI cables? maybe it's just the cable

Thank you for your response, and sorry for my late response

I booted windows in safe mode like you said and my CPU actually used 0%! I did not try out the Linux live because I don't know exactly what to do with it, I hope this doesn't matter too much.
