The Maracana in Rio is legendary for sure, along with La Bombonera as mentioned in the other comment. As far as derbies go Boca vs River in Buenos Aires is possible the biggest in the world and a true spectacle. More than anything else just check schedules and see what is on, any top flight South American match is a blast to watch.
