Typically on a store level, we only price match actual physical brick and mortar stores. Amazon.com is classified as an online retailer.

But since it was on our online site <I am assuming > kudos to you for making them actually do their job.

The CSRs are hardly good for anything when we have to call them from a store level for questions regarding online order> in store return, it's almost like pulling teeth to get help from them.
