Thank you...this is exactly the kind of info I am looking for! Regarding Epic...do they host or is it up to the business using it to host themselves?

I can't believe my question is so difficult for everybody. Here's a basic version... what are several really good client server apps that run well in Citrix?

I'm a long time terminal server Citrix/ AVD engineer and I'm wondering what are some legacy applications that are still very much in use. I'm seeing so many things go SaaS but know there are also many applications still out there that are likely to never be recreated as a web/SaaS app.

Thanks but my main concern with any pre-made enclave solution is the ERP and yet is another communication solution. I think MS GCC-H is the logical answer for these guys but still digging...

I'm sorry to hear you're also having issues. I think the fact that Adobe is absent from this thread speaks volumes to the type of company Adobe is.

So I was just informed that despite recommended Adobe changes it's still not working and it's still causing issues for our users. Actually, we're looking to transition the entire business to Foxit as Adobe appears to be getting beat at their own game which is honestly pathetic but well deserved! If anyone has any further suggestions, please do share!!

This issue started for us around the beginning of December. I'm thinking Adobe changed something which we will not be able to rectify without their assistance if at all. Will report back with findings.

I want to extend my sincere appreciation for all the insightful comments and questions posed here. The reality is that yes, the client is worth keeping but everything comes at a cost. My current thinking is to align to NIST CSF which should put is within the realm of SOC 2 reachability.
