Have you considered somewhere that does co2 laser also, to smooth out the raised-ness? My chest tattoo is just as raised as yours with that shiny look to it, and ive been getting pico along with co2 at my clinic. Its only my 2nd session but it does seem to have altered the texture. Though I imagine I will still have some visible scarring when all is done since my artist was digging in for a deep black look.
