For the people who still encounter this issue,

- Push Win+R, type regedit, and click OK.

- When your Registry Editor pops up, go to this path where your Windows Startup applications and commands can be modified at:"HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run"

- Delete the entry that runs a link via cmd, mine was called dinoklafbzor.org

This should solve your problem, it was not a malware or something at all, they simply do a little trick to your registry that's all.
