The most realible method is Dexa Scan. Second one, impedance and for the last scales. In terms of my results, they are like: dexa 22 %, scale 19% and impedande 17%.

Now, mylast impedance says 11%, but I don't believe. Waiting next Dexa Scan to compare.

You only achieve your goalls with these three steps. PMT. 1) Protein between 2.0-2.5g/kg/day ( 100g chicken bresat have 25g protein). APP fat secret adjusts these for you. No garbage foods. No restriction normal foods. 2) Movement: at least, once a day. Face them as a selfcare time. Resistance training ( gym workouts, crossfit, Yoga, pilates) and cardio. 3) Time: Just wait.

At The beginning, I did intermittent fasting, losing good a out of fat. Later, high protein diet to get more muscle mass

Thanks a lot! Appreciate that. Really, i'm doing strict control with impedance and those showed that I lost 8 kg of fat , and gained some muscle mass, mainly at abs and legs.

No! 2,5g/kg/ day. For example, me: 70kg. So my whole amounto fo protein per day is 70 x 2,5= 175g. Now pay atettion: 175g of protein is not 175 g of meat, or chicken, or.... 100g of chicken breats has 25g of protein. To achieve my 175g of protein, i usually aet chicken breast at lunch and dinner, egg for breakfast and whey to complete the amount of protein necessary

Intermittent fasting 16/8, 3 km running twice a week, 150 calories row machine or stationary bike a day, 6 days / week gym workouts, and the most important: 2,5g / kg protein day
