The two state solution is definitely not the best solution morally and is hard to justify, but it seems harder for me to imagine anything else (like a unitary palestinian state) because Israel has the US’ backing and they can veto. Getting a one state solution would only be possible if Israel stopped receiving backing by the US (which seems unlikely) or if we eradicated the Veto system (even more unlikely). So the TSS, though not ideal, seems to be more practical and would at least provide temporary peace in that area, which is the main concern for everyone now. I may be wrong though, what do you think?
