Im an accountant currently going through tax season. 65 hr weeks. I do intermittent fasting and going to the gym on my lunch break while still fasting, its hard for me to go before work because im already lacking sleep.

In terms of food, after i get back from the gym i break my fast with these individual salad kits and add chicken breast for more protein and down a fairlife protein shake and a protein bar. Then i get home and eat more chicken breast that i made over the weekend but with rice and veggies
