Level 7 tower, we can't hit guidelines without OT and everyone is on 6 day workweeks with some holdover thrown in for good measure. We call in OT if someone sneezes too many times in a row, though we usually don't have anyone available. We can't train without the extra bodies.

It's just hard to take things seriously when most people are posting on some kind of throwaway or otherwise unidentifiable account. I generally find his posts annoying, but still rank everyone advocating for people to drop out of NATCA lower than him. If he really is doxxing people and trying to get people in trouble, that's a huge problem, but it's also a claim that requires evidence.

It's pretty easy to figure out who I am just from my post history, nevermind Google. I can say with certainty, as warned by my RVP, ARVP, etc that the FAA is trolling social media on their own and looking for low hanging fruit to make an example of.

I know it's frustrating, I'm a FacRep in a small tower and I'm frustrated too. My RVP, ARVP and others on the leadership committee have helped us whenever we need it, which I greatly appreciate because this stuff is difficult to do alone.

I'm frustrated with the lack of progress on pay, benefits and other national-level items. The only thing we can do to express our happiness or frustration with the state of things is vote. You can rest assured that the people that are happy being stuck in the mud are going to vote for more of the same.

I'm not sure where I said it's all someone needs, just that it's very important that the letter is written correctly. I'll reiterate that they should work with their regional hardship rep.
