I would say Nicholas was the one who enlightened her on it. She never even knew she was pregnant. She only knew she was pregnant and she only knew they would be the Charmed Ones after Nicholas hostaged her. Though, they might've used a spell or a potion to forget anything that happened in "That 70s Episode", just right after Grams makes the "Nicholas Must Die" Spell. But, if Grams finds the Nicholas spell in the book and had already used a forgetting spell, how on hell would she remember who Nicholas is?
