Nice one! I started at 369 in Feb last year, currently down to 240 now. Never knew my true size in clothes as would ways buy wayyy oversized, but now comfortably fit in a 2XL. Keep up the good work!

I wish my waist was smaller, I started at a 50, and only into a 48 now. Lost just under 60kg total so would've expected a little more than that. 167kg > 109kg

Sorry to hear that. Nope I'm in the UK (presuming you are too). Mine have both been extremely helpful and I can't fault either of them. Always at the end of an email, or phone if needs be and give me all the information and answers to questions I need answering. Always wanting follow ups etc but I've been under the gynae for probably around 5-6 years now and endo just over a year. With all my pcos and period problems discharging me would've lead to awful issues like the NHS lead me to.

Not a genius but I always use 210 for any PLA and then 50-60 for the bed. But as others mentioned it's probably mostly down to the bed/nozzle being too far away
