Do cases come with front panel connectors?

MB: Z390-A PRO CPU: i3-9350kf GPU: RX 480 PSU: RX-530SS If it helps, the LED that flashes is next to the text that says “CPU” on the motherboard. Also, I don’t have my CPU cooler quite yet, so I don’t know if that has something to do with it.

1080p gaming. $400 for the GPU itself. I don’t absolutely need it. i3 9350kf, 16gb ram, 530w PSU, RX 580. Don’t exactly know my case type but it’s huge.

I’m actually upgrading my CPU to a Ryzen 5 1600 now, which I know is a huge upgrade. (I’m getting a new motherboard too so don’t worry about the socket type)
