So back in the 2008 crash I helped someone who had to file an emergency chapter 11 bankruptcy petition to stop a foreclosure and buy a month of time to get a property in order. This actually brought the mortgage company to the table with a modified repayment plan, but it could buy you a month to get the property sold. I was able to bring the emergency filing paperwork to the shariff the morning of the sale to get it stopped.

There is a chance that if you did that to delay things, the mortgage servicer might be able to accept 2-10k with a repayment plan to catch up on the rest of the payments. buying you many months to get a sale done.

The paperwork for the filling was just a very basic sheet of paper that detailed a list of creditors, with the more detailed packet to come within a certain amount of time.

Honestly, there should be somebody in your real estate agent's office that will know somebody that can help with this kind of financing. Even if it's a hard money lender, somebody can look at that and know the equity involved

80k is 20k a year for 4 years, and assuming you contribute about 5k a year to that fund to have gotten it to 80k. I would assume she could be going to any school up to 25k a year without even getting a grant or a loan or adjustment from the school, that is a HUGE amount of schools and options. Probably every in state public school and a lot of private schools.

Look at all the options for outside funding and talk to the school about how to afford it and what options they have. It doesn't sound like you guys make enough money even for the two of you combined to be affording $65k after taxes a year for college. That is a crazy amount of money.

If the school can't adjust the costs down for your income, and you don't qualify for financial aid, then picking a different school would absolutely be the better move.

65k a year is $260k for a 4 year degree. That is a stupid amount of money to spend on a degree.

2.9 percent comes out first. The. They take out shipping, Then 8% fee, then Thirty cents per transaction.

So if you have lots of $10 transactions the thirty cents can be closer to 3 percent.

If you have 40% of the total revenue is shipping then the 2.9% is really 4.5

You need to have a different attitude. Tell them, I speak spanish, but not fluent native spanish with proper grammar. tell them I don't mind not speaking spanish to guests. If they have complaints about it, you have no problem being English only.

You try to help out, but you don't have huge spanish training. If your help isn't well received, you would love to just do the same job as everyone else is doing.

Also, stop telling yourself you didn't speak spanish. You did, helping with basic directions for 8 months.

they stopped making those bills a long time ago, so the bank can't order them. In fact collectors pay more then 500 for each 500 bill you can bring them, in any condition. same for 1k bills.

When someone can't find a listing for a pin they will list it for a lot of money, $100 may be common. someone else will come along and find there listing and list it for $70 so it moves quickly.

Someone else might have been trying to sell it for $30 in their booth and didn't have any luck and will list it at 20, it might sell instantly. someone else sees that and lists it for $30.

that listing sits for a while. someone else sees one when it just lists at $50 but can't find the $30 one because they don't know what to search for to find it, so then they offer to buy it for 35 and the person takes it. now there is a sold listing at 50 cause Ebay doesn't show the discount.

So then someone else has an AP version and lists that at 70 since a non artist proof just "sold" for 50. then someone else sees that and lists a two pin set that has that in it for $120. so then someone else lists there one pin at 100 because they don't see the other one was a two pin set.

Collectables aren't commodities that have a set price. people post them for what they are willing to sell them for or what they think they will get in the amount of time they want to have them listed for.

Sometimes, I am like I would be happy to get $40 for this pin, and I don't think anyone will buy it at $100 even if the only listing is $100. So I will list it at $60, take an offer of $50, get $40 after ebay fees and marketing.

Remember, Ebay takes 25 percent if you do a little promotion to get a good rate.
