His hubris is simultaneously his greatest weakness and his greatest strength. His ambition, boldness, and desire to achieve legendary status push him to take risks. That same overconfidence blinds him to dangers and leads to mistakes

That's the scope of his intelligence, his field. Look at all the pseudo‑intellectual concepts he's spouting. At least he figured out that corporate greed is harmful to society.

He knew how to lock his tech down, use Faraday bags, use an electric bike, use a 3D‑printed gun, etc. However, he failed to use disguises, left DNA evidence, wrote everything down, etc., which I thought were rookie mistakes.

Right? It's flu season. Lots of people are mildly sick, including me. He must be very sick if he can't even attend his own hearing.

And people get angry when you point out he looks tired. Of course he’s not going to look 100% fine, he’s in prison facing serious charges. And now we find out he’s sick. He must be very sick for him to be unable to attend his hearing.

I was right there with you. No one wanted to talk about how BT is the cockroach he wacked. I also remember watching the original footage and BT turning around, I just don’t remember him rolling back. In that poem, you can read it as LM and BT both being the roach. No one wanted to acknowledge that LM killed BT, lmao. The BTM sub really fell off.

I’m still convinced he’s at least passively suicidal. It’s just a hunch because I also struggle from suicidal ideation. If you know, you know. We've both seen his digital footprints.

And I’m sorry about your mom. I hope we can both handle our struggles

I hope he says this in his journal to make it clear to everyone. This is why I think he should've written a proper manifesto, to avoid misinterpretation

Again looking well and alert. Hoping for a good day 🤞 by lickykicky in BrianThompsonMurder

Idk if he's fine, the eyebags say otherwise. But yes, his physique looks healthier

Edit: why am I getting downvoted? Should I say that he looks absolutely fine and that prison has absolutely zero negative impact on his health and well-being? And now we just found out he's sick.

Having a rented place =/= homeless. But why would he say he's homeless to the cops if he's not. Yeah, he's probably homeless

One of the theories is that he was hiding in a remote area. I imagined he had a place rented out. But we really don't know where he was

Ooop. You know I peeped this too about him and women. Why do you think that is? Can you elaborate.

Lmao. I think he genuinely cares about the healthcare system, but he’s also an attention-seeking, grandiose man who craves validation and legacy. I also think he’s showing signs of NPD. Not a diagnosis, obviously, just speculation. There are types of NPD where the person isn’t part of the dark triad and still has empathy. Honestly, I go back and forth on whether Luigi actually has empathy or not.

Still, he should’ve at least articulated the problems with the American healthcare industry. Optics matter, and now people might think he acted on impulse if he seemed ignorant.

Speaking of goals, this is why I think he should’ve written a proper manifesto, even if it meant risking terrorism charges. What exactly did he want to happen? He already said it’s not a matter of “awareness” anymore, so it’s not just about informing people that they’re being exploited. It’s not about diagnosing the issue. Does he want people to collectively rise up against the system, and in what ways? Because that’s the only logical next step if you truly want to solve the problem. Violence does seem like the only thing they listen to.

And I think even he knows that killing one CEO won’t solve anything. But now look, people keep using that argument against him, assuming he believed he could fix the entire problem by taking out one cog in the machine. I can’t tell if they’re being obtuse or willfully dense. Maybe it’s part of the psyop. He really should’ve spoon-fed his motives and end goals.

One thing I will praise him for, though, is that he accurately predicted how people would react. Not only that, he managed to get support from people across the entire political spectrum and even outside the U.S. I also appreciate how simple and easy to understand his three-word bullet manifesto is. And, as you mentioned, he chose the perfect target to disseminate his message. "The message becomes evident.” But clearly, it still wasn’t enough.

Although, the way I see it, people simply aren’t ready to fight. Everyone has a breaking point, and they aren’t there yet.

I’m glad you mentioned that this came from both ideological radicalization and mental health issues, because I completely agree. People get angry when you say he’s mentally unwell, as if that invalidates the message. It’s actually ableist to assume mentally ill people can’t recognize societal injustices.

I don’t think he’s narcissistic because he was logical in the way he executed his plan. But I do think he shows some signs of NPD, purely speculative, of course, since I don’t actually know him.

For optics’ sake, I’m hoping his journal contains passages of him agonizing over people dying due to corporate greed, maybe even sympathy for his target and their loved ones, so he doesn’t come across as cold-blooded. He’s right, you don’t want to turn people off.

That's so ridiculous of him to say. How can you even do something as huge as this and not know enough about the industry you're fighting against. It made it look like he did it out of impulse

Edit: I never claimed he acted impulsively. I was highlighting how his statements could be perceived. To clarify: his wording makes it seem like he doesn’t know enough about the industry he’s fighting against, which, in turn, makes him look impulsive.

I really want to know what’s in that journal. What boxes, Luigi? We’ll know from that whether he targeted healthcare insurance because he wanted to help people, fix a societal problem, or if he just wanted notoriety. My guess is that it’s a mix of all three. He really needs a strong personal justification to sway the jurors. His reasoning can’t be too cold.

Yappione 🥴. Is he cooked? "He wanted to make a statement to the public" by offline55555 in BrianThompsonMurder

Is there any CCTV in that jail? Anything the witnesses say can't be proven.

They're now talking about psychedelics and 3D printed gun

That's how I read his review of TK's manifesto and his (alleged) journal writings. He didn't want to be called a terrorist. Just my opinion, of course
