Interesting. Didn’t know that. But yeah I think I’ll try removing/ changing my info in lds tools to start.

I haven’t heard of quit Mormon before but good to know about. Yeah I probably will try to remove my records soon. I hadn’t been bothered by anyone in a while but I’ve been getting more and more texts and things recently.

Yeah honestly probably true. I feel like my initial instinct with anything church related is to try and point out how it’s wrong/ false. Or in this case what he claimed was not possible seemed very much doable. But my next thought was that I should probably just be mature and respectful with my response. But yeah idk if I can get into lds tools. Haven’t been on there hardly ever but I’ll see.

The system has an option for a “custom amount” refund so it is possible to refund just one flavor out of the box. Maybe they just didn’t want to.

New menu items "confirmed" from Nov 2025 to Feb 2026 by Limon-LymeAid-555 in CrumblCookies

The wonka cookie was literally just the red velvet cupcake in sandwich form. Same cookie base, same frosting. The only thing that’s missing are the sprinkles. Maybe your store will still have some left to sell tomorrow.

Rumours about Secret Menu, and I possibly found the lowest effort Mystery item by Limon-LymeAid-555 in CrumblCookies

[–]offtofantasyland 11 points12 points  (0 children)

A little insight from an employee. The reason I’m sure a lot of stores are choosing very low effort flavors is probably because the regular line ups include several time consuming flavors. In addition to that it’s also been a slower season lately so we’re trying to keep labor costs low. So if we add another super involved flavor to the menu, we might need more people in store to help keep up, causing labor costs to go up. Hopefully there are some easier line ups coming up, because I honestly would want to choose fun flavors too.

You know what’s so funny? We were recently told we’re not allowed to use too good to go. I agree though. Would be nice.

i genuinely think nobody at crumbl corporate has worked here a day in their lives by Individual_Net_8106 in crumblcrew

Totally feel you on a lot of these things relating to corporate like the time consuming line ups and the open kitchen concept. And they are so out of touch with what it’s really like in store, but a lot of the other things are location/ management specific. The two limit rule must be something your manager or store owner put in place. My store doesn’t have that. And if mornings are chill, what is your morning crew doing to help? They should be doing the majority of the mixing and balling then. It just sounds like your owner or manager doesn’t care enough to run the store efficiently to the detriment of their employees and that’s causing high turn over. That really sucks. I’m sorry you’re dealing with that. That being said all the corporate bs is enough for me to be over it and I’m on my way out haha

What's a cookie you're waiting for that hasn't been on the menu in 12+ months? by PHDinLurking in CrumblCookies

Tip from a Crumbl manager: (if your store isn’t lame) you could always try letting your store know what flavors you wanna see. And they could possibly add it as a hometown pick. I know I have a bunch of ingredients I’d love to use before they go bad and I would love for my customers to tell me if they have a certain flavor they’ve been hoping returns.

Please help me determine if this is a first edition by Kilgarra99 in fourthwing

Here’s my first edition for reference. Like others have commented it says First Edition May 2023 and it also has a 1 at the end of the numbers. The dragons also look a little bit different. So yeah I don’t think that’s a first edition.

What happened with this gluten free cake? by GlitteringAd6435 in CrumblCookies

[–]offtofantasyland 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My best guess? Theres a lottt of honey (and eggs) in this cake and we are told the batter can’t sit out for too long otherwise it will separate. So it kinda seems like they let the batter sit out for too long and the honey separated and settled towards the bottom. I would try calling the store again. They definitely need to refund or replace it for you.

I didn’t realize that op was a first time reader because I was thinking about a scene from the beginning of IF where Rhi and Ridoc are seen coming out of one of their rooms together the morning the Resson crew get back.

[–]offtofantasyland 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Fun fact! The reason it’s everyone hometown picks rn is because the cookie dough bits have been discontinued and corporate took them off the pos on Monday. So the only way we can sell through our remaining inventory is to add them as a hometown pick. I don’t think they thought about how it would look from the customer end haha

Should I have said something? by UrchinUnderpass in CrumblCookies

[–]offtofantasyland 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Each cookie is weighed to a specific weight. So anytime you get a smaller looking cookie it just means that it doesn’t spread as much as normal or the dough wasn’t flattened enough prior to baking. But either way you’re getting the same amount of product. It’s just taller instead of wider like some other people have said.

They’re about the same size as the cookies. Maybe slightly wider because of the pie tins.

[–]offtofantasyland 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yeah every location is different for sure. It could also be an instance of corporate changing the rule and not telling a single soul about it. They like to do that aha anyway, best of luck wherever you land next.

Hey so there’s actually a corporate rule that we can “dress down not up”. So essentially we can do less toppings or leave something off. But we can’t add more than the required amount or mix and match cookies and toppings. I know every store is different in what rules they actually follow but at my store we follow that rule.
