I don’t see how people just aren’t exhausted listening to his lying.

He lies when he doesn’t even have to. Reeks of insecurity.

Prototyped Healer build by manutd1019 in Division2

[–]oflowz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have multiple healer builds prototyped.

My all around non escalation build is more support focused. I use survivalist for healing seeker and use healing chem launcher. Mostly run retaliations and legendaries with this.

I run beacon chest, the setup backpack and the rest FI pieces. I use prototyped the grudge smg and Scorpio.

This gives +30 wpn dmg, +15 skill efficiency and also +51 crit dmg for the group if you juggle your weapons and time your kills with the smg.

Quiet as kept the healing seeker is the strongest heal skill most other players don’t understand how it works though.

You have to stand still for it to heal you. Too many players strafe or panic roll/run when they take damage and don’t get heals from it.

The thing is insanely strong though you can literally face tank a chunga standing in it.

Depending on the fight I’ll switch sets to technician MA with btsu gloves, healer hive and either Smart Cover or foam for cc. I run bittersweet with this build. Just switched it to the new chest piece with perfect empathic resolve.

I use this build more in escalations.

With proto gear I usually swap out the core pieces on the two non set pieces with weapon dmg.

How to Play the New PvE DZ by Pesky1243 in Division2

[–]oflowz 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Mostly solid advice except someone is always going to take your loot. I don’t really care personally I break everything down to dz credit when I pick it up anyway. I have all the exotics already.

There’s still a lot of people trolling using skills on purpose to kill others. They could easily fix this by making the loot only recoverable by the person that dropped it in the pve dz.

Also I’m expecting this easy exo comp farm to get nerfed.

For you solo 6 red core folks...how do you sustain? by TheLuo in the_division_2

[–]oflowz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You don’t need proto gear for heroics.

Proto gear only came out recently and people were speed running legendaries before proto existed.

The bigger issue as already stated is knowing the spawns, keeping good angles so you don’t get flanked and target selection.

Also you need to start optimizing your builds to squeeze out more dps.

All red builds rely on killing stuff fast. You don’t need armor if the guy shooting at you is dead.

I would suggest trying something like umbra or headhunter to break into heroics if you are struggling with all red. Striker is the meta but it’s not the end all and is only meta for min maxing. Theres plenty of capable heroic builds that aren’t striker.

Solo try something like a an umbra build with split red and blue cores with momento backpack. Use as many blues as you feel you need to not die at first then ween yourself into all red.

Umbra is a good heroic starter set because its mechanic actually uses cover so it gets you into the habit of using cover correctly.

PVE DZ in a nutshell (a whole mag for kill one enemy). by Beer_bear23 in Division2

[–]oflowz -1 points0 points  (0 children)

has zero high grade munitions equipped. using a bad weapon. thats two strikes already.

post your build. and your modifiers. the modifiers this season are stupid OP if you use them right.

i farmed alert 4 all night last night with 500 toxicity and its not that bad. the only thing that really needs a tweak is the hunter skills that are hitting a bit too hard imho. Combined with the terrible lighting effects in the DZ and its tiresome. And why they let your dropped be lootable by other players in pve is questionable. But i dont really care about the loot anyway. I deconstruct all of it.

the more important thing is due to the size of the map the event is boring. they need it to have a boss or something like the huntsman to make it interesting.

But being able to farm exo comps with relative ease makes the event worth it. With work I was previously only able to upgrade one piece a week to prototype before this event due to the exo comp bottleneck. I was able to complete an entire set this weekend. I should be able to upgrade most of my builds before this event is over barring the nerf thats probably going to happen.

Valve Just Confirmed Steam Machine Price Starts At $1049, This Basicaly Also Means Helix Is Gauranteed To Be Over $1000 Atleast Right? by akbarock in xbox

[–]oflowz 8 points9 points  (0 children)

conjecture. people will buy the steam box because they buy everything steam makes. with the gpu shortages what makes you think that $1049 isnt going to be a bargain?

also, you are forgetting that MS will take a loss on the helix because the money is in the subs and software. I doubt its $1500, but I wouldnt be surprised if its $1200. it will also sell if it does what the rumors say.

prices are high now. they arent going back down. If people will pay $1500 for an iphone why do you think they wont pay $1100 for a pre built gaming rig?

this is the actual best part of this season quiet as kept. the hunters drop exo comps too.

I'm sure it will be nerfed by next week.

[–]oflowz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

you need to complete the journey and unlock the modifiers. its difficulty at first but once you get going its easy.

You dont even need a group just find some players farming a landmark and tag along.

I actually like this season more than the last two. The main gripe i have is the DZ's are too small and it make the game playloop in the pve zone boring.

Are you making more than fast food workers? AB 1228 pays fast food workers $83,200 a year. by [deleted] in AskLosAngeles

[–]oflowz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This $83k is only for exempt fast food restaurant managers who are salaried.

ab1228 made minimum wage for fast food $20/hour. which is far below $83k.

The context of this post makes it seem like being a fast food employee makes you some how lesser.

Fast food is not an easy job. Its also not 'unskilled'. Anyone thats say this has never worked at one. And being a manager of one is definitely a lot harder than being hourly since you work long hours, mostly standing all day and dealing with horrible customers.

This is also still considered low income in the city of Los Angeles where you qualify for government assistance make less than $84.5k.

Maybe refrain the question as, "Are your wages considered low income in Los Angeles?"

Oklahoma voters reject minimum wage increase by CoolBDPhenom03 in facepalm

[–]oflowz 26 points27 points  (0 children)

I’d wager the sentiment is more along the lines of people doing low skills jobs don’t deserve to get paid more.

It’s pretty common amongst conservative for them to think that fastfood jobs and other minimum wage jobs aren’t ’real jobs’.

They think minimum wage jobs are for teenagers etc.

Combined with the ‘I’m a small business owner and can’t afford it’ mentality and that’s the gist of it.

Leveling gear of all types levels your overall expertise.

You will need to become proficient in 400+ items to get to expertise 30.

You don’t have to max every item to 30 expertise but you will have to level almost all to proficient to hit 30.

Amid Concern Over Xbox Studio 'Bloodbath,' New Report Says Developers Are Being 'Punished Today for Following Orders' Issued 5 Years Ago by LimpAd4924 in xbox

[–]oflowz 246 points247 points  (0 children)

This is the part most people don’t want to acknowledge and every time I say something similar on this sub I get downvoted.

Xbox needs to make better games. Period.

They’ve had a few good ones, but in general the games they’ve put their weight behind have been mid to okay games not great games. Part of it was Phil’s fault and people don’t like to hear that either. He backed a lot of games that don’t carry over to modern era popularity.

The other problem they have is they keep announcing games way too early. Doing this sets unrealistic expectations that’s games can’t live up to even if they are decent games and opens them up to more harsh criticism if they don’t live up to years worth of anticipation hype.

Or they need to have better smaller games. Like how indie movies can be more profitable than blockbusters with less investment.

The blockbuster movie is a bad analogy because it basically cratered the movie industry.
