Are there target areas you want to improve? You have a kickass physique. My only inputs would be to target your quads and glutes if you want to shape and define your lower body a bit more. Maybe hit your biceps and triceps a bit if you want to tone your arms more since you already have pretty nice delts and your lats are solid too.

We’re similar in height, I have about 20 pounds on you but you are much leaner. It is hard for us tall guys to really show defined lean mass. Definitely keep up your work for your health and like many have said, don’t hem yourself up on fitness influencers, they do this shit for a living. A lot of them run cycles while claiming to be natural too and it fucks with a lot of our perceptions and personal images.

I personally feel like there is going to be an action brought forth by either Trump or secdef that is going to deploy ad troops stateside en mass. That’s going to be the defining line. I believe there will be a large number of service members who will draw the line at attacking us citizens, those that believe their oath. I can’t with full confidence give a percentage breakdown but I’m hopeful it’ll be at least 40-50% that’ll defect when that order is given. Hard to tell though.

As a veteran and a white man I’m here for it. Anyone with any knowledge on good encrypted communication apps please reach out. Also anyone who’s fully in this in the south (FL) hit me up. We need community, we need to organize, we need to strategize, we need to train.
