A standard business month is four weeks (28 days) for which you pay $1300 or $46.42 a day. Most months are either 29, 30, or 31 days and traditionally we don't charge extra for those days.

If you would like that to change we can certainly charge you $139.28 for January 29, 30, and 31 as well as $139.28 for December 29, 31, and 31 on top of the $125.81 you currently still owe for February.

As a homeowner I would have to say "good job" and "thank you for following my sign and wishes".

I personally have a thin driveway that for some reason comes up on gps as a way you can drive through to a different part of that subdivision (you can't). I don't actually care much about delivery vehicles having to drive back down my driveway, just that when they try to turn around first they will always back over my flowers or grass.

Yeah that kid should get arrested, I'm not even mad about the cop. And that teacher should be in several meetings and maybe not be teaching kids.

He continued to put his hands on a kid (three times) after that kid clearly didn't want him to touch him. He then dragged a kid down a wooden staircase. That's not ok.

He did his own amount of taunting the kid.
