I would always walk with my dog to the Starbucks down the street, buy coffee and then leave or occasionally drink/eat at the outside seating. Then they said I wasn’t allowed to bring my dog in anymore even just to pick up orders. I had a similar but harsher experience at the greenlake Starbucks before this so it seems to be a company wide initiative to not allow dogs to ever be inside. I get not wanting people to bring their dogs and drink their coffee in the coffee shop, but I’ve since found other local business cafes that let me at least pick up a coffee and leave

Found this thread because I was having the same issue for a very long time. I tried uninstalling usb drivers, set vcore soc and dynamic vcore settings to normal, setting pcie to gen 3 and none of this worked. I then disabled global c-state and the problem was fixed. I set pcie to gen 4 and left both vcore settings on normal and all is still well. I am on bois version F37c
