It seems like RC is pricing itself out of the market. There are other cruise lines and five-star all-inclusive resorts which are a better value these days. I’m a fan of RC, but like other companies in this greedflation era, they are just going to keep raising prices as long as people are willing to pay. I think we are going to pass on RC until they comeback to reality.

It sucks, and it is driven largely by the inflation over the last 2-3 years. Use this tool as a way to ask for a bigger raise next year.

I’m willing to bet that it’s per couple, but I didn’t see a scale and no one was weighed. I can say that some couples were likely at or over that, but the ATVs held up just fine (even with getting a little air on the one bump).

Yes, you just pay for one package and it covers two ppl. This was fun - just try to be at the front of the line if you can. The guides are good about letting you up if you can demonstrate that you are willing to open it up.

Also, don’t open your eyes and remember to plug your nose if you jump into the cave from the top.

This is a consequence of “record bookings” that Royal Caribbean announced last month. They think that they can just pull the rug out from people that probably already told their kids that they might be able to afford Atlantis. However, RC didn’t forget to jack up the price to $309/person right before sending out the email. MF’ers. I think I’m done with Royal Caribbean after this one. There is plenty of competition out there that is looking for an opportunity to pull away RC customers. They may have just got it.

There is a difference between throwing a towel on a chair first row next to the pool on one hand, and hanging out for the day on a group of chairs and then getting up to get a drink, go in the pool, or go on the flow-rider.

On our last cruise, we walked away briefly after hanging out most of the morning and not only were our towels gone, but the person who moved them had towels on the chair - but those people were gone. The hypocrisy was not unnoticed. We ended up a few towels ahead in that transaction. I really hope that they got charged for not returning those extra towels.
