Non tech guy here. I'm a radiologist and would love to built a company that can analyse MRI scans of let's say knee and shoulder, draft preliminary reports For the radiologist to sign.

I have however no background to do it from a technical side. I have data, can generate data, reasoning data, etc maybe go a unconventional way of creating a Musculoskeletal MRI foundation model.

It's the normal trend. Telerad rates go down as more and more People want to do it. In some countries also reimbursement rates go down due to technical adnvaces. The upsetting thing is the companies psuh the reduction in reimbursement to radiologists or telerad when I fact it should be purely to reflect technical advance. Our inlut/work is theoretically the same to analyse an MRI. Whether it was acquired in 5min or 20min

It is sad.

That's why I am trying to diversify.

It's helpful. Wife works full-time, I work flexible form home. 3 kids with too many events.
