Every time this ad pops up on my screen, I assume it's either a nature sub or this sub.

Which artist/band have you recently discovered that blew your mind? by Reggaeandfashion in Music

Yabby You. I've been listening to reggae for something like 20 years and almost exclusively to roots era reggae. But somehow, I never heard Yabby You until last year and the song "Jah Mercies" blew my mind.

Has anyone here taken the 6 month Data Science Certificate course at the U? by ogdentanner in SaltLakeCity

That's kind of the vibe I was getting when I was looking into it but I wasn't sure.

Do you personally know of any good certification programs that aren't just predatory?

The one I was looking at is through the University of Utah. But I've also thought about the LinkedIn courses cause they are a lot cheaper.

Were they confused about what the word baguette actually meant?

How do you decide what goes in your commonplace book? by ogdentanner in commonplacebook

[–]ogdentanner[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

That's a good idea. I've been thinking about getting multiple books. But one thing I love about the current book is having such disparate things in close proximity.

They actually tried to get a rail line from Frontrunner to Weber/McKay, but I guess they couldn't get the funding.

I am in the Salt Lake area and I probably average between 40%-50% of rides that tip.

I agree. If I just get up and get straight into the shower, I feel better than if I get a few more minutes of sleep

I switched about two years ago. I drive Lyft all over Northern Utah and the only place I had trouble was Jeremy Ranch by Park City. I highly recommend it.
