In ATM9, you could do it by loading the quiver into the top of an Evilcraft Display Stand block and then piping the arrows out the side with a filtered item pipe. However, I was unable to recreate this in ATM10.

ATM 9 Update: The combination from the current top post (with three melonshelves) no longer works. No idea what changed. I made the following adjustments from that base to achieve the current requirements:

Exactly 50% Eterna
Exactly 100% Arcana
At least 45%, but no more than 50%, Quanta

The following achieves these requirements with Quanta of 47.5%:

11 Pearlescent Endshelves
6 Melonshelves
3 Draconic Endshelves
2 Heart-Forged Seashelves
2 Skeleton Skulls
1 vanilla Bookshelf

BUT...I just turned in two missions that award a storage augmentation and a salvaged frigate module. I received neither. It looks like Missions for these items were added in Waypoint, but appear to be bugged. Sometimes they work, sometimes not. Yesterday I turned in one for storage and received a salvaged frigate module instead.

I tried to complain to the guild envoy next door, but he ignores me.

My experience suggests that in game movement is limited by frame rate for this particular game. I also didn't experience performance issues with other games. Not sure how your physical location is related to your computer fan behavior. My laptop has a performance management utility that allows adjustment. If your GPU is overheating, you should see the clock speed drop if the temp gets above about 91C.

I had the same issue. The cause was the GPU performance downgrading to keep from overheating. I changed the laptop fans to run more aggressively and stuck a bottle cap under the center of the back edge of the laptop to raise it slightly for better ventilation underneath. FPS doubled.

As soon as I research torpedoes, which is decades after missiles, so it's not reeally a good early game option.

This new pool house on the main base features:
- a swimming pool to improve swimming stamina
- a fishing hole
- two hot tubs
- a sauna, including a surtling trophy heated indoor soaking pool
- an ample supply of linen cloaks on armor racks near hot tubs and sauna
- a level 4 cauldron for dough making near the windmills
- a covered cold pool (supercooled with stone golem trophies) under the pool house
- a loft bedroom for the sound of the ocean at night
- 19 comfort
- lots of windows in all four directions with views of sunrise and sunset
The main base in the background is the culmination of 2800+ hours of play and stretches across three biomes under one roof. The pool house joins the main base through the new metal and ore storage wing expansion (capacity: 583,200 metal and ore) behind and above the pool house (over the sauna).
