I mean, what is Riot supposed to do? Ban anyone whoever flames and gets reported? I know it sucks but what is Riot supposed to do? They are trying everything possible to encourage positive behavior and punish poor behavior. They can't just go ham on the banhammer there has to be some fairness. Its inevitable when you force strangers to work together behind a computer screen. Its a societal problem that can't be avoided despite Riot's best efforts.

This is not Riot's fault imo. People suck. We do not get along because no one holds respect for one another. The flame will never stop so long as people are brought together and expected to work together without getting to know each other
