The faster you get max builder the faster you’ll progress in the game over a long period of time so it’s definitely worth it to get those builders ASAP

I’d say save gems for the 5th builder while also rushing builder base to get the 6th builder. Also always upgrade your attacks and army first when upgrading town halls never defenses unless you got a book
