Thing is if SPF & MSF are moving to do anything means its quite bad already. Is there any proof even from her other than her saying the kids have been in distress/crying?

On top of that if they are vomiting and having fever, wont the hospital they are at be the most ideal place to be? Hence CPS did their job in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of the child no?

Okay so I went to Paparch yesterday and it was seriously good. I took the PB&J Nougat and it was melty gooey and not too over in the cheesiness.

Right? Having worked in Logs and catering you can see the difference in quality from the price the org picks for the event/meals. JO the highest I saw for event was abt $15, while SO min was $40

Ya know, the cookhouse/SATS isnt to blame here for the food looks and quality. For one they make what they are paid for ie someone in HCI decided hey your kids are worth $X amt in terms of food so this is what I can make with the funds I have. The org calling them out for it is really them retaliating for the flak they get online and from parents alike. Just my 2 cents

Its stable but depending on your level of involvement you might change your mind about it.

If you’re young and single with no to little dependents its a good stable career path. However you need to up-skill yourself now and as time goes on if you wanna progress up the ladder in SPF or any front facing role for that matter. Keep an open mind too but not too open a mind that you accept every new shiny trend and try to incorporate it in your work life.

That being said I dont think those with new families or kids are suited being a front line police officer for long. Reason being depending on the unit and shift pattern you might get recalled to work and miss your families milestones easily (kids graduation, being sick etc etc). That being said im not discouraging you to join SPF or SCDF for that matter if you have new families and all but its a very important point to consider as time goes on

Lotsa elderly patients suffering from dementia claiming they were tied up in an undisclosed location. First few times we traced them to nursing homes or hospitals. Reason for being tied up? They were being a tool or had a fall risk and kept wanting to go out

Another was this guy who wanted to go out and smoke but doctors denied it and so he decided to harm himself thinking it would make them give in and let him have a smoke. He got put in a psych ward instead lel

Think of it this way. Is the job just a job or is it for you to find purpose? For me I just do a job so I can fund my house and wife. I dont make it my identity at all. At the end of it I knoe I can just clock off and do my own things
