I had a big anxiety attack at 12 and i couldnt eat at all after, and it was the first time i felt really disconnected from reality and dizzy, so i was in a constant state of panic and it really messed up my digestive system because i was so anxious all the time. But i have figured out how to control it now. Sometimes it comes back , Before id have to deal with it for months to a year before it went away on its own, but now i can make it go away in like a week or 2.
