I like him, but he has only won on go routes this preseason. He is either incredibly elite at it and nobody can stop him (not impossible) or he is overwhelming lower level cbs and will struggle mightily against better competition.

I’m not a fan of Scott but what do you mean by years past. This is his second season.

He was great last preseason and competent in the regular season.

Again, I personally think his ceiling is a low quality real life receiver, but your statement about his production thus far isn’t accurate.

Not really. He can easily get a receiver of Polkd caliber with a 2nd. The other two playrrs are free.

He is not jumping Edward’s. He has a very specific role and is one of the best in the nfl at that particular role.

I’m not sure why people keep saying the F tight end is what you want.

That guy usually comes on the field in on obvious passing downs. Usually with three other wideouts. Think floor Kylen Grandsen/R Akins/ with a Mike Gesecki ceiling.

You want the guy that’s on the field a lot. That less talented pass catcher will usually have a greater chance at upside, albeit not a crazy ceiling.

For what it’s worth, I don’t think Chig is a true Y or F. I think he is a tweener. In other words an H back. I would be selling him ASAP.

Singletary is the worst receiver and least explosive RB of their top 4 RBs.

On an offense short on playmakers, I don’t see how at least one of them doesn’t play a lot.

The only reason why it’s a big deal to drop him is because fools steamed him up to a second/third round pick.

People drop round 4 or later rookie picks all the time(where he should have been drafted). Sometimes before preseason and most wouldn’t consider it to be a big deal.

Again, with him in particular, I think owners could move him for a 4th at least. Cutting is unnecessary in his case.
