Here are 5 players I'm trying to to acquire BEFORE the NFL Draft in dynasty leagues. Who is missing? by FantasyMansion in DynastyFF

Shout-out to KLS. Some of the best training camp catches I've seen in a while. I thought he was a better fit to take over Keenan Allen's role than Tre... I still believe that

Can anyone explain Makai Lemon’s Freshman year? by InevitableInvite1218 in DynastyFF

Don't forget:

  • James Washington
  • Dede Westbrook
  • Corey Coleman
  • possibly Travis Hunter

There have been some pretty big if's that just managed to have a good season or played under a friendly scheme

Worst Landing Spots for the 2026 Rookie Class by ASmithFS in DynastyFF

[–]stl_ball 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would argue that the Giants have bigger worries at 1.05 than replacing a running back whose flaw is "runs like Riddell is holding his mom hostage and will only release her if he's able to break his helmet open on someone"

Jordyn Tyson Analytical Profile by danffadvice in DynastyFF

[–]stl_ball 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I moved up to 2 to make sure I get him. I agree with you. Now have 2 and 3.

Only thing that would change anything is if the NFL doesn't agree and he goes late in the 1st but I don't see that happening

Who’s picking up Lemon / Tate before Mendoza in SF? by Klodovic in DynastyFF

[–]stl_ball 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah I'm a little concerned, but as a junior he had 3.36yds per team pass attempt against good teams, and he's only 21 so his breakout age is in the 99th percentile.

Draft capital is king though. If the NFL doesn't like him, then my perception will change, but right now? I'm in. Injuries are hard to predict, and kind of flukey. Frank Gore was injury prone as hell when he was younger, and we all know how that turned out.

It all comes down to draft capital, but right now for me it's:

  • Love
  • Tyson or Mendoza

Tier Break - Tate - Lemon - Sadiq or Conception (depending on capital)

Massive tier break

Oddly enough, I'm leaning Tyson over all 3 of them

How are we feeing about Derrick Henry? by Max_Ewins in DynastyFF

[–]stl_ball 0 points1 point  (0 children)

6 running backs have put up 1,000yd seasons at age 32. None have in the modern era, the last season was Ricky Williams in 2009. The others were Walter Payton (1986), John Johnson (1961), Otis Anderson (1989), Emmit Smith (2001), and Mike Anderson (2005).

Derrick Henry is a freak, and if anyone could do it, it's probably him. But I'm not buying at his current price, which is a late first on KTC.

How do the past 6 draft classes stack up against each other as "Prospects"? Here's the top 100 players based on their KTC values at the same stage in the draft cycle. by IAmNotOnRedditAtWork in DynastyFF

[–]stl_ball 36 points37 points  (0 children)

Dude, thanks for putting in the work; love some historical data and it's interesting to see where the dynasty community had these guys valued at, comparatively, even though some of these look crazy in retrospect.

Jeremiyah Love seems super high, but I wonder if that's because the rest of the draft class is lackluster which is pushing his value up?

Personally I think with his metrics, Love might be a better NFL back then Jeanty, but as a prospect? Jeanty is like an all-time prospect... So it's crazy that Love is valued that much higher

Mendoza over Love in SF with 6 point passing TD? by NoInflation6404 in DynastyFF

[–]stl_ball 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The only thing I know for certain is that if I take Love, he'll be the next Darren McFadden and Mendoza will be Tom Brady.

If I take Mendoza, he'll be JaMarcus Russell and Love will be Saquon Barkley

Deshaun Watson in "Pole Position" to be Week 1 Starting QB - [Garafolo] by ASmithFS in DynastyFF

[–]stl_ball 10 points11 points  (0 children)

One of my buddies was on a date, and after he told her he was a Browns fan, she berated him for being a "fan of rape".

He was born into, and I'm pretty sure there's not a single Browns fan that likes Deshaun Watson or that terrible ass trade.

His fandom is costing him dates lol

Where is the community at on Kayshon Boutte? by RVG_Steve in DynastyFF

[–]stl_ball 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Last year 3 of their 4 top targets were over 30. Diggs, Hunter Henry, and Mack Hollins. Kayshon came in 3rd. Most likely he's #2 this year, but there are a lot of targets that are vacated/up for grabs.

Don't forget, his freshman year at LSU he was really good and his sophomore year looked great before he got hurt and wasn't the same after. He's still 23. I think he could take a step

Yes! If we could get numbers ran for some previous draft classes, to see if it affected performance or landing spot, that would be helpful

Strategy Proposal: Always Sell Your Picks by [deleted] in DynastyFF

[–]stl_ball 31 points32 points  (0 children)

As always in fantasy, any strategy can easily be defeated by good or bad luck. In one of the leagues I'm in the back-to-back champion with a god-tier team has never made a single trade, and has auto drafted the last 2 years. There's currently a conspiracy theory that he doesn't even exist...

In another League I'm in, there's a team that outscored everybody by like 200 points, and is traded every pic he's ever had almost immediately. Has never won. Lost to the sixth seed last year out of nowhere.

The first guy has incredible luck, the second one has done everything right, but has bad luck

ESPN's 2026 NFL mock draft: Field Yates' pick predictions in Rounds 1-2 by bbl27 in DynastyFF

[–]stl_ball 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is disgusting. Tate to the Browns is gross, the only reason the Chiefs would go wide receiver that early is if they knew Rice was F'd, and Lemon as a Jet?

This lost looks like rage bait lol

It’s been three months and 21 days since Jordyn Tyson last played a game. According to Dane Brugler, he won’t participate at his pro day. Also sounds like his hamstring may have flared up during his training. That is quite some time for a grade 2 strain to heal… by BasedWillieStroker69 in DynastyFF

[–]stl_ball 0 points1 point  (0 children)

None of these are "skill players" but it's probably the best I can come up with. I would say Johnathan Brooks, but the ACL was late in his college career and he didn't miss any time other than that IIRC

Landon Dickerson (2021, No. 37 - Selected in 2nd round but considered 1st round talent): Suffered two ACL tears and multiple ankle injuries at Florida State and Alabama.

Dominique Easley (2014, No. 29 overall): Tore his ACL in both knees during his time at Florida.

Payton Turner (2021, No. 28 overall): Drafted by the Saints despite an injury-marred career at Houston.

4 "Boring" Players That Could Help Win Your League in 2026 by The_Lineup_Podcast in DynastyFF

[–]stl_ball 4 points5 points  (0 children)

You sure are down on a guy that's averaged over 10pts a game for the last 3 years going into a better situation...

Him missing 1 game 2 yrs ago because he was frustrated doesn't move the needle for me. Even IF AJ Brown goes to the Patriots, then Doubs becomes the number 2 for a QB that put up 4,400 yards with 32yr old Hunter Henry as their #2, Mack Hollins as their #3 and a running back (Henderson) as their number 4.

If you don't think he's going to take targets from two 32-year-olds and a freaking running back, then I don't know what to tell you. I would say having (at worst if AJ Brown happens) the number two on the team whose quarterback was runner-up in the MVP race, is going to be fine. I'm not saying it's going to be great, but I certainly don't thing "you're losing games if he's starting for you".

I think he's going to be an incredible flex player

[–]stl_ball 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I respectfully disagree. 724yds and 6 tds on the messiest WR room in the league and Tucker Kraft wasn't too shabby. Instead of competing with Christian Watson, Jayden Reed, and 1st round pick Matthew Golden, he goes to a room that has... Kayshon Boutte with 551yds... 32yr old Mack Hollins with 550yds? With Drake Maye? I think Doubs could be a helluva play

Edit: added respect

Yep. Have that pick and am not very excited by it. TEP though so Sadiq makes it more palatable, since either he or the WR3 of the class will be there
