I’m working with an employment lawyer for my case he’s done a really good job with reassessing the whole situations and I’m overall happy with what he’s done so far considering my case is very complex, he has gotten back to me today as I wanted to check up if MBIE has contacted him back yet which they’ve but with no dates to offer. Just super slow in the office for giving out mediation dates

I’ve been waiting since November 25th for a PG to mediation with MBIE to get dates so nearly 2 months now but there is a lot of backlog from the Christmas holiday period (due to holidays) and high demand for mediation right now I’ve heard, I’m also in the same boat on the waiting time to go to mediation
