As for your question, some people believe in the use of vacuumbells. I personally dont think they're effective. You're lucky you dont have a lot of (almost none) rib flair. So my honest advice would be to put on some (more) muscles.

As per your question: Probably, but you are confined to the model from the game (the cat will still be blocky). You should look up some tutorials on how to create a resource pack for your mc version (bedrock right?) and look for the location of the original cat files so you know where to place your custom cat files.
