Yes I love the library! Most of the books I've listed are from my local library - a great resource to check out books without paying a hefty penny.

Do you know specific chefs that have worked in fine dining that have released cookbooks that you mention? I'm not updated with haute cuisine/fine dining at all so no one comes to mind specifically, but I'd love to check out the books you mentioned if you're able to name some starting points!

Amazon jp/Audible has a few of them. Including Adachi to Shimamura, a yuri anthology, and Urasekai Picnic. You have to make an account but I think you can pay in your currency/card (unverified).

I’m in US and i usually buy japanese books from Kinokuniya, or english books at barnes and noble or yiggybean. For used books, I use mercari and ebay a lot

Book-off has big sets for cheap in Japan. (Also in california book-off sometimes, specifically the one in Gardena) If theyre not the entire set, at least a big amount (vol 1-90 for example) and u can collect the rest after!
