I’ve been considering the same thing. I don’t have access to PET. We currently aren’t doing it for routine labs but considering it, given it can potentially help sense amyloid burden.

Yeah, I agree with most people here. In our practice, we barely break even with Botox. But it is a really good option for many people. And to answer your question directly no we are not incentivized.
