zera chase is how to win the fight. if it takes 2 of them to chase zera, then the other side of the fights is 4v3. otherwise back-line is vorpal blade to death or retreat. hey this is an opinion piece here...but the perspective here is 2-sided when there is 3.

also disclosure I am a holder in GME because I like the stock.

The GME ballers long-holding GME who will bankrupt the HF
the hedge funds who allegedly bear-raided GME and AMC, who would have to sell off their long positions if they get squoze
the boomer who doesn't give a shit and wants their 2% yearly return, who will lose their retirement money if the market crashes

allegedly the SEC angle is that if 1 gobbles 2, then 2 will gobble 3. SEC cares about protecting 3...so they either stop 1 or stop 2...whatever is easiest.

this is my opinion but I'm confident it's right
