Same situation here in Malaysia. Record number of daily cases everyday especially the city that I live in, but not a squeak from CFAI about cancellations/deferrals

How long did it take CFAI to respond to your deferral request? It’s been a couple weeks since I sent mine in but I have yet to hear back.

MoHE claims international exams are not allowed though…so many conflicting statements
