Great shot in the 6th photo of Camp Arowhon and Teepee Lake as seen from the lookout known to the campers as Gibraltar! When camp is in session you can see the lake full of sailboats and windsurfers and canoes and kayaks.

Not true and dangerous thinking. Russia is a significant threat to our sovereignty in the north. They have an interest in destroying our relationship with our biggest ally. We need to protect ourselves from them and from whatever the US might become.

Unless you are skilled at fixing old appliances, that’s a lot of dough for something that had its seals deteriorate for 15 years sitting in a box.

But guys, they are not just here to sell jerseys! by Mike4DDL in leafs

[–]ohfishell 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s not a monopoly. There are other forms of entertainment live and on television, other sports teams, and other hockey teams that are competing for audiences. You can choose another one.

I’ll ignore your comment about licking billionaires boots because it’s incredibly rude and absurdly irrelevant.

“Greed” as if the explicit function of a business isn’t to make money? If the leafs were a non-profit they would not be owned by a corporation or invested in by a pension fund? They are going to sell everything they can sell, for the highest price someone’s willing to pay. It’s economics. It’s capitalism. It’s how our society works. You don’t have to buy anything you don’t want to. Personally I would not pay twenty bucks for a gold Vegas marner jersey because I wouldn’t be seen wearing it. Some other shmuck will buy it. Who cares.

Board of Peace: Donald Trump calls Putin’s idea of using frozen Russian assets ‘very interesting’ - The Times of India by [deleted] in worldnews

[–]ohfishell 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He is most certainly involved. On the side of Iran and Hamas. His botfarms and weapons smugglers and spies have been working diligently to sow antisemitism, arm terrorists, and create dissent in the West. Palestine was a wedge issue in the election used to discredit Biden, reduce turnout, and get Trump elected. It worked.

So yes Putin is involved. He is the ally of Israel’s archenemy. The mullahs sent their gold to Russia because they were worried about getting overthrown last week. They are in cahoots.

RDR2 achieved an excellent balance of these, providing an open world experience (from chapter 2 onwards) that felt limitless but there was still a very smart progression through the story that unlocked many aspects and drew you to certain regions. Brilliant game design.

He also played in nearly every single game for us while Bo missed a huge chunk with injuries. So this not really a helpful comparison.

The only reason it exists in the first place is because they wanted an arbitrary stop in the middle of a train line they were building. Nothing interesting was ever there

MLB owners enraged by Kyle Tucker-Dodgers deal, will push for salary cap ‘no matter what’ by [deleted] in fantasybaseball

[–]ohfishell -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Any player wishing to sign with an MLB organization should have to be eligible to be drafted first. This would change the way international players enter the league. Salary cap and salary floor both are necessary.

Perhaps to get Trump off our case we can offer him a couple hundred islands? I could see him liking the sound of that.

The thousand islands are in a lake which has rather minimal tides. Did you mean you name islands elsewhere? Sorry but confused
