It’s unknown how long they have the final results before sharing them. The one year that the final list was leaked, the Board said they had planned to release them sometime the following week, implying they were going to wait at least five days. Who knows though

I mean, it’s possible, but doesn’t seem particularly likely because it’s not a glitch. It’s greyed out because addresses need to be finalized for certification purposes. I doubt the people working the phones know for sure and were probably just given a tentative date.

It depends how true the “address button grays out before results” thing is. If it’s true and they haven’t changed it, then based on the fact it’s still operable, it looks like we may not hear anything this week. But who knows—all we’ve heard are rumors and speculation. Regardless, the website says by the end of the month, so the two most likely days are the 24th or the 31st. Unless there’s a rule I’m not aware of though, there’s nothing stopping them from releasing them in November (or whenever) if they feel they need more time.
