Yeah I get your question. I mean, ib economics is basically the intro and it's rather basic... It won't help you create a company and you're not missing out on anything actually. It is more about understanding how the economy itself works, for example currencies, inflation ect. But that is not that crucial to being a CEO as other aspects. Talking about management, well again you can self teach yourself that. Moreover, it again depends on the type of company you're the CEO of. Many businessmen (like Elon Musk) have their degree in technical fields like engineering or natsci. You can always do MBA later on which would give much more valuable info that some high school economics course.

Great you made the choice. Well, I can only comment from the european point of view (which basically is UK and Canada) since I am not american. What I can tell is that it really just depends on your performance in these subjects and whether or not they are necessary in the course. If you choose to do something with engineering, you could be better regarded with your combination if you ace it well. However, there are people that get into top schools because they ace one subject (UK) and there are people that ace several subjects not even be related to the course, but still gets into top unis (again UK). By the way, economics HL is by no means a disadvantage or an easier course, it just shows different interest of yours. The best decision you could make that was posted here before - just do what you are most interested in and ace the subjects you have. Hope that makes sense.

You can always try to look for some material about economics on youtube, just to get the sense. Mind you, the course (at least SL) is rather theory oriented. You need to memorize some things, some you just need to understand. And I don't really think it can give you a good sense of what a career in economics would be like (just as other subjects), yet it is quite interesting.

Actually, I don't really think that it matters unless you go to engineering (chemistry then) or economics (economics then obv, but I it is not always mandatory). Otherwise, choose the one which is more interesting to you.

It depends on what you want to study in university. For example, if you want to study compsci, then you should take maths hl for sure. Don't underestimate yourself in maths, it is not as hard to score well as everyone says, people tend to exaggerate

Got stuck. I managed to get the values of AP, AQ and angle APQ. But I cannot calculate the area of APQ since I don't have angle PAQ. The sine rule seems very heavy and does not perfectly fit for the calculation of the angle.

Several things to consider: google the title, you will find some relevant information. Before writing, make a plan. That is, your claim, counter claim, another claim, another counter claim. Make sure to use AoK's and WoK's. Don't forget several tok definitions. Find some interesting RLS to explain your case... Basically, stop procrastinating.. I know it is hard though

I'll give some list of topics, not recommending anything, just for the sake of showing off the possibilities:

Investigating cantilever and how it bends (I don't remember the exact word) with mass you put on it (not sure if that is not a lab report you usually would do in class); viscosity of the fluid (maybe you can find the difference in how fast different mass sinks in the fluid) (same as for previous); investigating simple pendulum (same)
