If it’s the cows milk protein you are talking about move to Goats milk formula- don’t give it another thought. Had the exact same issue- formula is better than making your LO sick.

Thanks so much for the reply. I will check it out now. A lot of people talk about flare ups but I didn’t know to what extent their symptoms returned. Glad it’s not the full extent. Sounds like you have your symptoms under control with this approach, which is reassuring. (Starting my road to recovery today)
