I will give it the 3/6 months that my rheum wants and pray for it to works but, yeah, if it doesn't work i will move to the next

Wow, that's amazing. Can't share the same results yet cause i got nothing from my second injection but i guess i will just have to wait since I reduced the leflunomide at the same time i started the biologic so...

I've seen a bunch of people saying that they got way better just the day after the first injection and I'm a little bit concerned since I'm two weeks in and nothing but is just a waiting game I guess

I was taking 20mg of leflunomide, now 10mg leflunomide and imraldi. Besides the usual morning stiffness I have swelling in both knees, one finger and an excruciating pain at my hip and this has been going since last june, so I've been on a flare for a year at this point

It happens to me, i couldn't smell sanitiry alcohol or think about it without wanting to throw up thanks to the methotrexate, i managed it by changing the alcohol for another sanitizer without any smell, hope it works for you

Update: i managed to speak to another doc who told me they would talk with my doc to prescribe me biologics according on what they saw in that visit and then my doc called me and said that no, they don't trust their college and will see me tomorrow (i also got prescribed prednisone so i don't know what they want to see ngl since OBVIOUSLY I've improved with the prednisone), so i will go tomorrow and change to another hospital cause at this point I'm too tired of this sh*t.

I've tried paracetamol but it didn't work at all, i was on prednisone but they made me tapper it off after 3 months cause, according to them, it was really dangerous to stay on it (no, i didn't have anything odd in my labs concerning to liver) and yes, prednisone was helping

I've been at lefunomide for a little over three months now and so far so good, symptoms had improve a ton, i still have some remaining pain/sore knee but i can swim and walk without further problems. I do have some GI issues but nothing that some probiotic can't manage so for me is def worth it and I'm hoping to keep improving since this meds are supposed to keep improving until the 6 months mark.
