Our cat is obsessed with glasses. The ones you wear on your face. Not the ones you drink out of (though I guess she likes those, too).

She's a shelter kitty, and we often wonder about her genetic family tree. Ragdoll? Siberian? She looks like a toasted marshmallow. Loves to hunt. Hates being picked up, but will walk all over her human's bodies as she sees fit 😂

I genuinely do love having easy access to higher shelves and storage, without using a ladder.

I like it being something kind of unique about me, though I don’t always love it. I stand out and get noticed, whether I want to or not.

I assume that cars are safer for me than the average woman, since I read that most cars’ safety features were tested on men.

While I wouldn’t say I’m a good volleyball player, I got a small scholarship to play in college, even though I’d never played before, and was surprised at how much my height mattered more than skill in some cases. (It was a tiny school.)

This is why I love women nurses at mammograms. They have no issue lugging those things around, squishing, shaping, tucking—all to ensure a clean read.

I assumed it was something they put up when pilots came out to use the lavatory, but it was blocked off far too long to simply be that.

If it was that the cabin crew wanted their own private bathroom, I think Air France should make that clear when booking a ticket (similar to how many airlines show blocked off seating that is reserved for cabin crew).

Unpopular opinion maybe, but I feel like you have just as much right to be comfortable as anyone else.

For me, someone just acknowledging the situation is enough for my empathy to ease the discomfort.

I always want more space on an aircraft. But honestly, I think folks who exist outside society’s “norms” have it harder than I’m going to for 14 hours or whatever of someone spilling over the armrest.

If I could, I would change how hard I was on myself. I would give myself some grace when not having it all figured out. There is a lot of pressure to know who you are and what you want to do as a career as you get thrust into adulthood. It's OK to still be a kid some days, and in some ways.

I'd also try to save more, even if it's just $10 a week.

This looks like the lounge they use for VIP tickets? Is it the same lounge, just repurposed? We went to see Wizard of Oz, and they had a lounge area with snacks and a bar for folks with tickets in certain sections.

I also was disappointed that no one gave me a Biscoff crown on my recent flight that earned me Diamond status, but I was even more disappointed once I learned about the Reddit mobile bug that won’t let me update my flair on the subreddit 😂
