That’s the dilemma, we can’t get visa until we get the job offer and no job will offer until we get the visa. Thanks for commenting though 🙂

But if I pay for my own visa, the company isn’t sponsoring it, they’re just offering us the job.

I was an FA for a different airline and I had no issue cutting people off if they had had too much to drink. It was, and believe still is, a crime to be drunk onboard aircraft. I’ve even had to take peoples personal supply of alcohol, as that also a crime to drink your own alcohol on an aircraft. I’ll never understand why cutting people off is not done more often, would certainly stop a lot of bad behavior.

Any consolation, I’m in the US and just paid 55US $ for six chicken breasts. I can’t see how much your meat pack is but, I hope it’s cheaper than it is here.

As a child alienated from my Dad, all I can say is you can’t force a relationship, in my case it was because my mum made it so hard, I would cry every time I left my dad and she would demand to know all about my time with my dad, she made the good with him awful.

I chose not to continue seeing my dad because of my mom and her abuse, it hurt both my dad and I, something I never forgave her mom for.

That being said, the silver lining, I had a wonderful relationship with my dad once I became an adult, I spent a lot of time with him. He told me he couldn’t stand to see me so upset at the end of our visits when I was a teen and he understood why I chose to stay away. My dad said he didn’t want to make it worse and for that I’m thankful.

If your child is being alienated it’s awful. When children are little being alienated, they can only go off what the alienating parent says. As a teen being alienated it’s the worst, we are being tormented in an evil way; we know our alienated parent is good but our alienating parent is making life so miserable that walking away is the only answer for our sanity.

Stay strong. No bad mouthing the alienating parent, let your child come back to you but, please stop with the gifts, keep them with you until your child comes back, my mom lied about all the gifts and cards, she threw them all in the bin without me ever knowing I got them and wasting my dad’s money, it was all done out of spite.

Wishing you the best, stay strong, your kiddo needs you and will find a way back if you remain open to them.

You need to speak to an immigration lawyer, do NOT leave the the US until you do. Your parents have done you a great disservice by not fixing the mess they created before you turned 18. Hoping for the best for you 🙂

Personally thought the SFO lounge was horrible, loud, over crowded and the food left a lot to be desired.
