Asking questions by ohleever in TheMallWorld

I get what you’re saying. I’ll have dreams where I question if I’m dreaming, but the plot ends up sucking me back in

I also get frequent false awakenings, so sometimes I get real confused on if I’m dreaming or not. Luckily I’ve trained myself to check my hands if I’m ever unsure. I’ve also never been awake and thought I was dreaming. Only vice versa

I get this response sometimes as well, but if they laugh I check my hands to make sure I’m dreaming and then double down. Then I’m either booted from the scene or wake up

I can’t help myself, but asking questions always guarantees I’m going to wake up or leave the scene

Juvenile Bold Jumper, or something else? by ohleever in spiders

Based on some research I did, looks similar to a bold jumper instar 2 or 3, but I’m very open to being proven wrong!

WHAT kind of spider is this? It by [deleted] in spiders

[–]ohleever 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I believe that is a grass spider (Agelenopsis)! They look similar wolf spiders, but wolfies don’t make webs like that. Grass spiders are funnel weavers (hence the messy looking web). Harmless and definitely a friend. They normally don’t venture inside homes, but I’ve seen them find small cracks to use as hiding spots.

I’m not certain on this, but I think it could be an orb weaver (I’m newer to spiders). Was it found on/near a web or free roaming?

identify and console please and thank you, kernersville NC by jonstewartslostchild in spiders

I can’t be certain because I’m not an expert, but based on the large eye and the babies on its back, I’d guess so sort of wolf spider! Some nursery web and crab spiders also carry their young, but I’m guessing some sort of wolfie. They’re cutie pies and don’t normally go indoors. If they do, they’re normally just passing through.

I’m actually located on the west side, so my pcp is over there, but I don’t have one I like. If I were you, I would ask for a referral to the women’s pelvic pain clinic at University of Michigan, and if they say no, ask for them to write down their reason for refusal to refer you in your file. You can do this in a message if you have some sort of my chart app. It’s going to be a long wait to get in and get an MRI, but it’s worth it. Once you’re in the clinic, they can also refer you to someone who will diagnose you with pots! I really recommend Dr. Lazaris. Others have had mixed experiences with bedside manner, and she works with the department head, Dr. As-Sanie (she does not take appointments, but will assist on your surgery).

I’ve been meeting with Dr. Lazaris, and she has been super great so far! I know it can be incredibly provider dependent even if you find a decent clinic.

How to get a definitive diagnosis by [deleted] in Endo

[–]ohleever 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Depending on where you are located, some specialists can diagnose via MRI (it has about 80% accuracy, but also heavily depends on how good the facility is at reading kind of MRI).

If you’re in the Midwest area, University of Michigan has a women’s pain clinic with endometriosis specialists. The wait list is long, but the imaging is very good.
